well friends, we had a rough week. lost zero pounds. that's right, we're 0 down, 20 to go. BUT...i was on vacay in phoenix for three of the past seven days and i needed to eat as much good food as i could. you know, for scientific reasons. let's just admit now that it's a miracle i didn't gain any. and i promise - i didn't gain any.i feel quite a bit like bridget jones right now. you remember the movie. she buys the diary and decides to make changes. she says "first, obviously will lose twenty pounds." except i don't have a diary. i have a blog. funny how life imitates art.
