First of all, you all didn't care much for the pretty room with the luxe blue velvet couch, now did you? I just think that room is so so pretty.
Anyway...
I’ve been wearing sweaters.
I’ve darkened my hair to a color that could conceivably actually grow out of my head.
I’ve been eating apples.
I’ve been sporting a much darker shade of nail polish.
I did some fall cleaning.
In my opinion, fall cleaning is severely undervalued. If there were one month a year to nest and clean and perfect your living space, don’t you think it would be the one directly preceding the six months you’re about to spend holed up in your house wearing socks and watching Woody Allen movies while sipping herbal tea?

Buy some homey-smelling candles
Drive the Alpine Loop
Take a moonlit Sundance chairlift ride
Attend a football game
Introduce a bolder makeup palette
BTW, Jocelyn got into the spirit early and went to the most adorable pumpkin patch ever. Read about it here (I especially adore the teensy apple she found).

I'm with you on the fall cleaning. I think stuff gets dirtier in the summer, so I like to do a scrub when it starts getting cold.
