from time to time when i really need specific information, i type my question right into google and see what it has for me. i don't take out unnecessary modifiers such as 'and,' i just stick it right in the search bar. i sometimes do this at work when i need to look smart in a jiffy, ex. 'what are the advantages of using a multicore processor in a mid-range smart phone?'
but i use it for real important things too. like the other day. i was at target making my important purchase of the new coldplay album with the neato civil war pic on the cover when i thought to myself, 'if the gossip girl season 1 dvds are here too, i might die right here in red world.'
sidenote: i'm not sure if electronics is red world, but i learned last year, from good ol chunga on 101.9 the end, that target is divided into worlds - red world, green world, yellow world, and so forth. it goes by those colorful squiggles on the walls. you'll notice next time you're in the store. actually, erin, if you're reading, you'll be an excellent source to the group on the various color worlds of target.
but i digress. i thought to myself how happy i'd be if i could get the coldplay album and season 1 gg in one fell swoop. but alas, it was not meant to be.
later that day, i googled 'when will gossip girl season 1 be out on dvd?' and wouldn't you like to know that this was the first hit i got. to steal a jingle from washington mutual bank...woohoo!!
