tonight i was blog hopping to blogs of friends of friends of friends of friends (really, internet - you are amazing and a tid bit scary) when i saw this post which features a most excellent vintage snl skit a la dana carvey, phil hartman and sigourney weaver. you better watch it if you wanna laugh. some background: dana carvey is a recording artist tasked with the duty of writing a new song, but he hasn't prepared. his label demands to hear what he's been working on...and this is what they get. you will laugh your pants off.
the salad in this post doesn't look half bad either. you know me. give me a salad and a whole bunch of spinach and i'm on board any day.

it scares me that "vintage" is when J and I were in high school. We just had a good laugh.
